Christmas at Kaarakin Black Cockatoo Conservation Centre

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! It’s been a great year again photographing and filming the Kaarakin black cockatoos (and also wild cockatoos). It’s  always great to see that my pictures and videos go a little way in the conservation of threatened and endangered species! The video so far has 6,734 Views and has been shared 90 times. One day, I hope to be able to reach more people for the plight of the Western Australian’s black cockatoos. A lot of projects already in the planning process for next year, including an Australia Day theme and a campaign in the aim to raise awareness about the important of the conservation of the WA black cockatoos, among other ideas such as promoting the education program.

Hope you enjoy the video I made for Kaarakin Black Cockatoo Conservation Centre and don’t forget to head to Australian Threatened Species Centre’s Facebook page for the Christmas dingo video!
